Starve Cancer

The day after I was diagnosed with cancer, numb and in dispair, I happened upon this TED talk from William Li.  I have gone back to it several times.  It is inspiring and hopeful. Watch it to the end.

I really like the idea of a list of foods and spices that give us some agency as patients.  Our doctors are not with us 24/7 and we need to be able to help and heal ourselves as well.  The synergistic effects of foods and teas were so interesting! I have paused the video several times to hear the worlds again. Here’s a couple of charts I really like:
